CLIENT APPRECIATION:
The Beale Group has been privileged with continued growth and success throughout the years, with a significant amount of it due to the client relationships that have developed and continue to develop. To show our appreciation to all friends, clients and preferred vendors two events were held. The first event at South Bar in Birmingham took place in May. It was a great evening giving people the opportunity to meet new friends and create new business relationships as well as the ability to catch up with some familiar faces. The second event held in conjunction with the local ICSC Idea Exchange was in July. The event hosted at Bar 7 in West Bloomfield was a great venue. We had a tremendous turnout with both existing and new clients from all around the country including but not limited to Dallas, Pittsburgh and New York. The next event is scheduled for November 10th in Ferndale at the Valentine Vodka Distillery. Call your Beale Group Agent for more details.
ICSC:
The Beale Group is committed to the ICSC. In addition to our team members serving on multiple committees to help ensure its long lasting success, we take part in many of their events which include booths at their annual event in Las Vegas and locally here in Novi. At the Las Vegas show we again had a standout booth showcasing our properties and services. With over 30,000 in attendance this international show gave us the opportunity to network with many new people and forged the beginning of long-term business relationships. At the Michigan Idea Exchange we had the ability to share our ideas on the market and discuss new opportunities with local brokers, landlords, tenants and clients. Recently at the fall ICSC Alliance program our Vice President Matthew Berke hosted a Panel discussion on the Whole Foods Project coming to Midtown Detroit.
BEALE GROUP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
