OUR STORY
Beale Group Investments is a 2nd generation multifaceted family investment firm. For over forty years the Beale Group Inc., founded by Jerome Beale focused on service based commercial real-estate shopping centers that enabled investors to achieve their investment goals, while improving the quality of life for retail operators and the neighborhoods that they served. In 2002 Ryan Beale launched Beale Group & Associates of Chicago, Illinois. For nearly a decade, Beale Group & Associates served the Chicagoland retail market representing stakeholders and national retail leaders such as Bank of America, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Jimmy Johns, CiCi’s Pizza, Pet Supplies Plus, Simon Properties, and several others.

In 2010 Beale Group Investments was formed to evolve the Beale Group's mission and subsidiary portfolio to expand into new real-estate developments and technology ventures. The focus of these ventures is to facilitate human interaction and connections that cannot be exclusively replaced by technolgy. Beale Group Invenstments has a focus on technology that improves healthcare delivery to currently underserved or undiagnosed populations.
